Later a sunroom was completed, a new HVAC furnace, and new windows were also added. For a car collector, four to five vehicles can be stored in two buildings. Garage wiring was updated in 2014 for a future electric vehicle charging unit. The home also boasts a Julia Child inspired kitchen, perfect for entertaining. A second kitchen is located in the garage. The current owners planted over 100 trees including apple, pear, pear and plum trees. Blueberry and Blackberry bushes can also be found on the property.
